Welcome to our clearance section , with all the customer returns, end of lines stock, over stock and our clearance items, we have decided to put them on our ebay shop with fixed prices and bids. All the products that are sold on ebay will need to be collected as we have decided not to ship the goods out but have the customer collect or arrange collection via a courier, we have done this for one reason, its all down to low prices and our goods are priced to sell. |

| Terms of sale on ebay purchases | All purchases must be picked up from our warehouse within 7-10 days and you must get your courier or driver (we have listed some below) to call or email a time am or pm and a date for collection, we are very flexible and in most cases can work around you when possible. When collected we will get the driver to sign to confirm that it was picked up in good condition apart from any marks that are listed on the auction page. Please leave us a contact telephone number on ordering. |

| Payment of goods | Payment can be made cash on collection or paid in full by paypal on day of sale. Once you have made your order you will be supplied with a pick up address in WN5 which is 5 minutes from j26 M6 at the end of th M58. Absolutley no goods will leave our warehouse without cash when collecting or a paypal receipt to prove payment. |

| Delivery of new goods | Click here for our full terms and conditions of delivering our brand new goods throughout the UK All new goods are delivered within 2-4 weeks but at busy periods lead time can go to 5 weeks as the goods are made to order |

| Delivery & Collection of clearance goods | We do not deliver our seconds products on ebay ourselves due to people marking us down on our delivery time and the price we sell them for but we have listed some courier sites that will pick up and deliver for you at very competative prices or, you can just search for couriers in ebay listings,( please make sure they have goods in transit insurance). If your item is in the northwest area please email your postcode and we will get a price off our local courier usually £10-£25 we prefare you to collect and inspect the items before you buy and can deliver them by our own vans in a 50 mile radius of WN57XB

| Returns accepted on all clearance goods | Accepted within 7 days of leaving our warehouse. We must receive all returned goods within in the same condition they left our warehouse or we will not refund or withhold some money back to the value it costs us to repair. |
