With STAUD as a first-time buyer, you receive a 5-year guarantee on the material and surface properties, the functional reliability and the professional processing of all products from Martin Staud GmbH in accordance with the quality and test regulations RAL-GZ 430 of the Deutsche Gütegemeinschaft Möbel e. V.

The guarantee includes the statutory warranty of 2 years, applies only to new goods, is non-transferable and extends to the territorial scope of the law applicable when the purchase contract was concluded. A claim outside of this scope is excluded. For accessories such as B. Electric drives, lighting, etc., only the statutory warranty applies. Cover materials are generally excluded from the guarantee. The statutory warranty claims, such as supplementary performance, withdrawal or compensation, are not affected by this guarantee.

The guarantee is fulfilled at the choice of the guarantor by means of repair or subsequent delivery and is neither inhibited nor interrupted by services, ie the guarantee ends 5 years after the delivery date.
