KAYFLEX DELIVERY

Kayflex are proud to offer a new Direct Home Delivery service straight to you the customer to a room of your choice. The delivery service takes approximately 7 days from the day of ordering and is provided by a dedicated delivery team. For a more accurate delivery time please contact our sales team.

KAYFLEX 5 YEAR WARRANTY

Kayflex take pride in manufacturing a product which they believe to be not only value for money, but which has also been produced with care and attention by highly skilled and experienced craftsmen. The confidence in the product, quality and workmanship that goes into the manufacturing of Kayflex products mean they offer a minimum 12 month guarantee from the date of purchasing. In the unlikely event that any problem is found during the first year of use which is due to poor workmanship or faulty raw materials they will replace this completely free of charge providing the correct care instructions have been followed during it's use. Kayflex advise you first contact the original retailer it was first purchased from via email or letter with a description of the problem and photographic evidence, all alongside your original receipt.

In addition to the manufacturers 12 month guarantee your purchase also has a further 4 year limited warranty (foam only). Should your product develop a manufacturing defect within this timescale you may be able to claim on the warranty which if effective from the date of the purchase providing you have the original receipt of purchase. In the first instance please email your retailer stating the nature of the fault and backed with photographic evidence. Under the terms of the Kayflex warranty a charge is applied based on a sliding scale dependant on the age of the mattress PLUS delivery costs. Please see below a breakdown of the sliding scale;

- Up to 12 months = Free of charge replacement

- 1 to 2 years = 20% charge of the purchase price (excluding courier charges)

- 2 to 3 years = 40% charge of the purchase price (excluding courier charges)
